At B053CLUB, we aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, this policy outlines your rights and our procedures in line with South African consumer law.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may return items within 7–14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging are intact

  • Proof of purchase is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear, swimwear, or intimate wear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

  • Custom or made-to-order items

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 6 months as per the Consumer Protection Act

  • You may choose between a repair, replacement, or full refund

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • If unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service

7. How to Initiate a Return

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Supporting images (if applicable)
